It's not my best work, somehow it feels off when I look at it. It also felt different because I was drawing while recording for the first time—it felt like I had to race to save gigabytes of recording space, and to get something out there very soon. It feels like some strange, awkward cross between my old art and my new art, and I can't really place where this feeling is coming from. Is it that the head is too round?? Is it that one hand looks decent and the other hand looks lumpy?? Is it that the whole thing looks kiddy??? Is it that the hair is too smooth, or looks like plastic?? Idk....
But in any case, I at least ought to show something for this new rabbit hole I've fallen down and hit my head in, right?? I figure my story has some things in common with how other people discover Touhou: I first found out about the Bad Apple music video, then I wanted to know more, and then I ended up clearing 5 stages on Easy mode in Mountain of Faith. All in the span of a single week. Send help.
